This app functions as a Cincinnati Bell digital assistant to help users stay informed of Cincinnati Bell services.
Working with Cincinnati Bell as a UI/UX Architect I worked with a team to interview the stakeholders for the business and develop persona's, user stories, use cases and overall product requirements. After this work was done I dove into their brand guides and marketing materials to further research and design this app. Prior to launch, we did some user testing to get customer feedback and identify potential usability issues of the product and improve the overall UX.
The app has many beneficial features for it's customers. Everything from current billing statements, bill pay, payment history, autopay, notifications and many more.

Working directly with a team of Android, iPhone and Windows front end developers I designed dozens of wireframes that highlighted the navigation, interactions and Cinncinati Bell branding. The wireframes were designed to show the interaction and page layouts of the product for mobile and tablet devices.

Sprinkled throughout the UI of the app I custom designed graphics to support Cincinnati Bell branding standards.
After registering users are presented with onboarding options to finish setting up the app.
